Former City striker set for South Africa move

A footballer's career is much like Hobb's description of life without governance “nasty, brutish and short”.
Some careers are more nasty (Joey Barton), brutish (John Terry) and short than others however and the career of Benjni Mwaruwari at the top level is very fitting for the short category.
The Zimbabwean striker showed up at Portsmouth, fell asleep at an airport before signing a last minute deal to play for Manchester City, toddled of to Sunderland and Blackburn for a bit and then came back to Portsmouth again last year.
In this time, he has scored 27 goals in England in six years and 143 appearances which can be described as mediocre at best.
Anyway, the 34-year-old is now set to join SuperSport United in South Africa acording to the Sun after leaving Portsmouth in the Summer so he still has something left to give. Narcolepcy perhaps.
