Loan move out of the question for Cesc!

For those that needed it clarified Cesc Fabregas won’t be leaving the Nou Camp on loan in the January transfer window.

Those are the views of his Barcelona team-mate Gerard Pique, who has slammed rumours linking the former Arsenal midfielder with a move away from the club.

Despite reportedly being unhappy at frequently being substituted; it’s fair to say not many people expect Fabregas to leave Barcelona, so for Pique to come out with these comments is a tad surprising.

When at Arsenal, Fabregas made it very clear that he had his heart set on a return to his first club Barcelona, and I expect the recent European Championship winner to remain at the Catalan club for many years to come!
