Leeds make plans to move for Danns

Neil Warnock was seen throwing his flat cap to the floor in frustration this week, as he desperately attempts to find a new recruit for his depleted midfield.

There are said to be 3 main candidates to cover for the injured David Norris, Michael Brown and Paul Green, and these are listed below:

Top of Warnock’s list was Tottenham’s Jermaine Jenas, but the sick-note decided against a move to Yorkshire as he is too comfortable living between the medic's table and the sub's bench at White Hart Lane. Jenas has so far made 1 appearance for Spurs this season, coming on as a substitute in a 1-1 draw against West Brom.

Next in line is Michael Tonge, a player who knows all about going on loan to a club in Yorkshire, as he spent the back half of last season playing for Barnsley. Tonge was last night relieved of duty from a Stoke City youth game that he was due to take part in, and is rumoured to fancy a lick of life at Leeds United.

Part time musician Neil Danns has been singing the blues at The King Power Stadium recently, and finds himself the latest to be linked with a move to Elland Road. Foxes’ boss Nigel Pearson seems to be more than happy for the former Crystal Palace midfielder to leave the club, as he has failed to hit the right notes so far under his new boss.

    Who goes? Neil Decides.
