Portsmouth of the Middle East?

Portsmouth's administrators have revealed that a group from the Middle East of become the third bidder for the debt ridden club.
Portsmouth's fall from grace has been something to behold. The club won the FA Cup in 2008 and in the space of four years have managed to go from that success and playing in the Premiership to playing in League One. Quite incredible.
The financial crisis at the club became so bad that they were unable to pay their players at one point and it is a testament to the support the club has that they were able to attract a crowd of 18,00 for their first home game of this season.
The club's administrators have set Friday has a deadline for bidders to finalise their offers. The Portsmouth Supporters Trust and Portpin are the other bidders.
