United in Pole position for front-man

Manchester United have beaten off competition from Chelsea and Juventus in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski.
The Poland international has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford, with former national coach Franciszek Smuda suggesting a deal to see him join United had been completed.
However, any speculation had been denied by Lewandowski, who netted an impressive 30 goals last season in all competitions.
Nevertheless, United are keen to bring in a new front-man this summer, with Dimitar Berbatov expected to depart the club before the end of the month.
Reports suggest that Dortmund are only willing to sell the 23-year-old for a minimum £30m, but the 12-time Premiership champions are confident they can lower the asking price.
