Hulk to step up to fill the saga void

With the end of the Robin van Persie saga looks as if it is on the horizon, what the whole world needs is for another transfer episode to step its efforts and become a saga itself.

Luckily, serial media whore and part-time striker Hulk has taken it on himself to do just that.

Talksport reports that Chelsea and Manchester City are on red alert after the striker claimed he is ready to leave his current club Porto.

The striker with a reported £80million buy-out clause in his contract also highlighted the Premier League as one of his two preferred destinations.

The Brazilian striker told the news agency Lance Press: “It is the right time for me to leave. I'd rather play in England or Spain because they are the most watched championships in the world.”

Luckily for gossip columnists, this one might have some more time to run yet.
