Kenny & Warnock Part 4

We saw them at Bury, they were together at Sheffield United, then again at QPR. Now, they have been reunited at Elland Road.
Leeds United have confirmed the signing of Paddy Kenny on a 3 year deal from Queens Park Rangers for an undisclosed fee.
Neil Warnock had made acquiring Paddy Kenny a main aim for this summer and will be glad to have finalised the transfer sooner rather than the later.
Warnock said “He’s always been the main man I wanted to sign.”
“We’ve put others on hold because I wanted to get this one over the line.”
“I didn’t think we’d be able to get him. There’s no way I would have let him go. I think he’s a great keeper, one of the best in the country not just the Championship.”
Kenny was seen surplus to requirement at Loftus Road following the signing of Robert Green on a free transfer from West Ham.
The 34 year old stopper told QPR’s official website, “I’ve loved every single minute of my time at QPR.”
“It’s been an incredible two years. Winning promotion to the Premier League is an experience I will never forget, as was the rollercoaster ride of avoiding relegation last season.”
“Hopefully I’ll be back at Loftus Road as a Premier League player with Leeds United in the very near future.”
