Green set to exit Upton Park

Just 15 days ago, Robert Green was on the Wembley turf celebrating promotion back to the Premier League with his West Ham United team mates.
Today David Gold, West Ham's co owner, has announced that the 32 year old will not be plying his trade at the Boleyn Ground next season.
This time last year, Matthew Upson did the same thing to the Hammers and Green appears to have followed suit. The England international has been linked with moves to fellow London clubs Tottenham and QPR, as well as Malaga in La Liga.
Speaking on Twitter, Gold said: 'Robert Green is a free agent he has chosen to move on. Matthew Upson did the same thing.
'Nobody wants Rob to leave but nothing is for ever, he must do what is best for him and we must do what is best for us.'
After joining from Norwich City in 2006 for £2million, Green made 241 appearances for the Irons.
According to The Telegraph, Sam Allardyce has lined up Jussi Jaaskelainen as a replacement.
The 37 year old will sign for East London outfit next week, assuming he passes his medical.
The Finnish shot stopper, who played for Allardyce at Bolton, will compete with Stephen Henderson to be West Ham's number 1.
