Hazard sets up the grand finale

Eden Hazard's quest for a new club has been the football equivalent of the X-Factor, starting with a link to a wide range of clubs, the amount of possible destinations have narrowed with every stage in a monotonous, drawn-out saga with the list now down to three in time for a long-awaited culmination.
To get right to the point with the latest happenings with Hazard's transfer, Sky Sports have reported that the Belgian told his nation's media after training that the club he will be playing for next season will be, wait for it, Manchester United, Manchester City and errr.... drum roll.... Chelsea!
Many a spectator will be glad that this at least suggests a close to a transfer that nearly every club in Europe was linked with at the start. To sign the 21 year old Belgian winger from Lille, possible candidates have been Spurs, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Manchester United, Paris St Germain, Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester City.
But now, finally, Hazard has reportedly whittled down the long list of admiring candidates and has revealed his destination will be the Premier League, more specifically either one of Chelsea, Manchester City or Manchester United.
Interest is fully justified in one of the hottest talents to emerge in European football this season, scoring 22 goals and making a further 16 assists for Lille this term, as they finished 3rd in the French Ligue 1.
Hazard told the awaiting press that whoever wins the contest will hinge on how often he will play and where he will play, with the deadline expected to be the 2nd of June, before the player leaves for his summer holiday.
Unlike the X-Factor though, this is not a voting contest, so leave your phones in your pocket and just wait until the decision has been made. You should be used to waiting for Hazard by now.
