      Un-adapting Carroll

Liverpool look like they are going to have a fight on their hands this summer as they look to be ready to finally take a cut on £35 million flop Andy Carroll.

The fight on their hands could be getting someone to buy the big striker as you could probably count the number of good appearances he has had in a red shirt on one hand.

The Geordie didn’t help his cause as he was substituted last weekend at his home town club Newcastle. His reaction wasn’t good and he stormed down the tunnel but that has left Dalglish saying that the situation had been dealt with.

Mirror Football says that a friend of the striker says he would welcome a return to Newcastle. The problem being that the Toon are unlikely to cover his wages.

A Liverpool source said: “Kenny has gone out of his way to protect Carroll from criticism. He’s straight with his staff, but many people here are concerned that players like Andy have not adapted to the Liverpool way.”

So, the Liverpool way is why Carroll hasn’t performed well. At least that explains it.

Let's not complicate the situation with all this talk about "The Liverpool Way". Simply put, there is only "One Way" to resolve Liverpool's predicament and that is to SACK the clueless, outdated Queen Kenny.
