Hammers warning for Morrison

Sam Allardyce, the West Ham United manager, has told Ravel Morrison that he needs to start making more of the opportunity that he has been given at the Championship promotion hopefuls.
The 19 year old headed to the Boleyn Ground in January having turned down a new contract at Manchester United.
The youngster, with a habbit of off field controversy, has long been heralded as a potential starlet.
Still yet to make his first start for the East London side, Morrison has been warned that he needs to hammer down his place and heed advice given to him.
Speaking to The People, the former Blackburn Rovers boss said: 'If he refuses to accept the guidance, then the career will never take off'.
'Once he gets a chance, he will either take it or he won't.'
'He has to sink or swim. There is no record of Ravel transferring his talent from youth or reserve football into a first team. He's done well for England's youth teams but that's kids' football - not men's football'.
Big Sam also reserved special praise for Morrison adding: 'There's been more interest in him than probably any other player I have had. We will try to improve Ravel in all areas. He's a great talent.'
Best get to work then Ravel, you'll find the hammers in the tool box.
