Zenden in Ewood Talks

Blackburn Rovers much maligned manager Steve Kean has confirmed that his club are still negotiating with Bolo Zenden about a possible move to Lancashire.

Since leaving Sunderland last summer the Dutchman has been without a club and has trained with Kean’s men recently.

The former Liverpool man revealed that he was taking his time over the decision.

Interest in the 35 year old is high with Yorkshire duo Leeds United and Doncaster Rovers thought to be keen on signing the midfielder until the end of the season.

On the subject, Rover’s Scottish boss said ‘It's ongoing, We've not tied anything up, but he's not committed to another club’.
