Berbatov to exit Old Trafford

Dimitar Berbatov will leave Manchester United this summer according to his agent, Emil Danchev.
His representative claims to have held talks with Sir Alex Ferguson three times to discuss the former Spurs man’s future.
The 19 times Champions of England had taken up the option of a one year extension on the Bulgarians contract, but he is expected to continue his career away from Manchester.
Despite sharing the golden boot last term, the clinical striker’s opportunities have been limited this season, making only 5 Premier League starts.
Danchev told Bulgarian media that the Scottish manager was looking to ‘change the playing style’ at Old Trafford, before going on to say that the Red Devils will ‘not oppose’ the 31 year olds move.
Bulgaria’s highest ever scorer is expected to be subject to bids from French, German and Spanish clubs with his agent revealing that ‘he doesn’t want to play in the US’.
He arrived in the North West in 2008, scoring 56 goals.
