Krasic could have made 'arry very happy

Juventus winger Milos Krasic admits that he shouldn't have rejected a move to Tottenham in January.

The Serbian international has also revealed that there was no interest from Chelsea for his services, despite it being widely reported.

This news will come as something of an annoyance to Spurs fans, with the club going through a bad run of form at the moment, and a player like Krasic could have been the fresh option the North London side needed.

Instead they are now finding it increasingly difficult to make the top three-

‘At the end of the transfer window in January, there were offers from Tottenham and Zenit [St Petersburg] for a loan deal,’ Krasic  told Vecernje Novosti

‘I decided to decline those options in the belief that I would be given chances at Juventus.

‘That has proven to be a mistake and it would have been better if I had accepted one of those offers.’

‘There were many rumours about interest from Chelsea, but there was no contact with them and no offer. It was just paper talk,’ he added.

‘It is obvious that there is no place for me here and that I have been written off.'
