Chelsea target won't come cheap

The president of Parma has put out a warning to Chelsea that they won't be getting Sebastian Giovinco on the cheap.
Mr. Popular himself Andre Villas-Boas is a big admirer of the young Italian, who has come on leaps and bounds this term, making himself a regular in the Italian national team.
Right now, Blues fans will be happy with any player that can get them out of their current predicament as the West London side struggle in the Champions League as well as the qualification places for next season's competition-
“The boy can play for any club in the world,” Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi told Radio CRC on Monday.
“He’s confirmed himself as a player, he’s started to score goals and I think he could be an important player in the future.
“The boy is part-owned with Juventus, but we’ll ask for a high price before we think about letting go of this footballer.”
