Russian powerhouse look to out bid the Gunners and the Reds

Newcastle’s Demba Ba may be heading to Russia instead of elsewhere in the Premiership.
Both Arsenal and Liverpool are after Demba Ba who has a £7.5 million buy out clause on his contract however Anzhi Makhachkala look set to use their financial backing to help them win the signature of the Senegalese striker.
It appears to be even more bad news for the two Premier league clubs after Ba as it is reported he is holding out to sign a new deal at St James Park so in the end it may look as though any of these clubs will be going without Ba.
As Ba wants a 80,000 week contract it appears the possibility of him leaving is still high as this is the only stumbling block as to why Ba hasn’t extended his stay as the wage demands are too high for the club’s bank account.
For Liverpool they may not be too bothered about losing out on Ba because if Anzhi get their man then it is likely Lacina Traore will be leaving them to make way for Ba’s return and he will be departing to Anfield as they seem to be the favoured club to sign the Ivorian.
