Graham will fight for Swansea place

Things have not exactly gone to plan this season for Danny Graham; Last years top scorer has lost his place to the inspired Michu and he has been nothing more than a bit part player in Swansea's impressive season thus far. Nevertheless the ex Boro man has been quick to rebuff any rumours of him leaving the club, as is reported by Sky Sports News.

Graham was a hugely significant figure in the Swan's supreme debut Premierleague season scoring 14 goals whilst in pre season of this year he was being tipped for big things by new manager Michael Laudrup. The goalscoring efforts of Michu have however meant that Graham has been cast into the shade this term and this is highlighted by a return of just 1 league goal.

Of course this has led to speculation linking him to whole host of clubs both in the Premier League and in the Championship, with the football gossips seemingly being quick to add 2 and 2 together and get 12. The opinion seems to be that because Graham has lost his place he will immediately want to leave the club, however it would seem that last seasons top scorer is still very much at home at the Liberty.

The fact that Graham is still willing to fight and perform for the club despite going from guarenteed starter to bench warmer is testiment to the strong job that Laudrup is doing at Swansea, providing ample evidence that Morale amongst the group could not be higher.
