Wenger aiming high in transfer window

He has been a huge hit in Italy so far this season, but could it be time for Stephan El Shaarawy to show everyone in the Premiership what he is made of.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has hinted that he may bid for the A.C Milan forward when January comes around.

Wenger is a huge admirer of the young Italian but then again who wouldn’t be? El Shaarawy is enjoying a breakthrough season having scored 13 goals in 16 matches so far for Milan.

At the age of just 20 he has a really bright future ahead of him and maybe soon he could be mixing with the elite of the Premiership.

Wenger has been quizzed by journalists as to whether the Milan lad is a target for the Gunners, Wenger has hinted he may be as he stated that “you never know”. The Frenchman was also an admirer with the way in which El Shaarawy is a very mobile player with good technical ability.

If Wenger was to go for the young talent from Milan it would come at a price as the Italian side won’t want their form man to go for a cheap price.
