      History Still An Attraction

Last year’s Carling Cup victory, over Championship side Cardiff City, ended a six year trophy drought, there’s not been Champions League football since Rafa’s reign and the side are languishing in 12th place in the Premier League but Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers insists ‘this football club and its history will always attract top players’.
