Wenger chases Real Madrid starlet

Unsurprisingly, we're not talking about a Karim Benzema or even a Jose Callejon here.

No, today's Mirror is reporting that Arsenal are set to begin a chase for Alvaro Morata, a striker who plays for Real Madrid, albeit it's B side.

Indeed, Morata, a long-time Gunners target does have an impressive scoring pedigree not only with the club but with Spanish youth side.

However, as ever with the London club it appears that Wenger may have waited just a tad too soon and with Morata scoring for the Real Madrid first team against Levante last week, it appears the time may have come for him to make his move, fast.
