Routledge in the form of his life

Wayne Routledge has played for club after club in hope that he can establish himself as an out and out quality winger. Routledge has failed to keep permanent residence at Crystal Palace, Tottenham Hotspur, Portsmouth, Fulham, Aston Villa, Cardiff City, Queens Park Rangers and Newcastle United so far in his career.
Now the Englishman feels that the current club he is at now could be the club for him. He believes his form at the moment for Swansea is possibly the best in his career to date. The 27 year old has put his success on the pitch down to the fact that he has stability off the field and therefore he is able to feel relaxed and enjoy his football without worrying where his next club will be.
Wayne Routledge has recently said that now he is playing games, creating chances and scoring goals he feels happy again and hungry to keep playing the game, a feeling he hasn’t felt for a while.
There is no doubt as a youngster he had promise impressing many scouts as a 17/18 year old for Crystal Palace. The 110 games he played at for Palace is by far the most amount of games he has played for any club as he has been out on loan for four clubs so far. Maybe this time Routledge has found a club where he can play out the rest of his footballing days.
