Brendan Rodgers however does expect to bring in reinforcements in the January transfer window; but Carroll won’t be recalled from his spell at West Ham. Whoever Rodgers brings in will be needed at Anfield, as they’ve still have the same problems as they did last year under King Kenny, they don’t score enough.
