Serie A giants target United winger

Serie A outfit AC Milan look set to follow up their interest in Manchester United winger Nani, according to the Metro. The Portugal international has seen his relationship with manager Sir Alex Ferguson deteriorate significantly in recent months having struggled for form and consistency.

United are prepared to listen to offers for Nani, but at present Milan’s offer of £12m falls way short of the Premier League side’s £20m valuation for the wideman. Nani came close to leaving Old Trafford over the summer, but a move to Zenit St. Petersburg failed to materialise.
