This was supposed to be their season. The season that they ended the eight year drought, and the season when the empty trophy cabinets will finally be filled with some sort of silverware. What looked promising for the first five months is fast turning into despair. In fact, it is looking like a fight for fourth between them and their north London rivals Tottenham yet again.
