Liverpool Legend Wants Fabregas At Anfield - Why It Would Be A Good Move

Robbie Fowler is one of the most popular strikers ever to represent Liverpool because of the goals and is still hailed as one of the best. Fowler sits 5th in the club's all time top scorer with 183 goals and knows what it takes to cut it at the highest level. Reports suggest that he has urged Brendan Rodgers to move for Cesc Fabregas this summer. I agree with him.

Fabregas has never been the explosive midfielder that Steven Gerrard has nor is he as gritty as Lucas. He won't run as much as Jordan Henderson, either.

However, his creativity is second to none and he can carve an opposing defence with a simple through ball or drop of the shoulder.

Last season the 27-year-old notched 13 assists and scored eight goals in La Liga and more in other competitions and would really add to the Liverpool side.

It's important that they add strength for the Champions League next season and Fabregas would certainly add to that with his huge experience.

    Reds, do you agree?
