What Will Swansea Be Getting By Signing Championship Winger?

Life as a Blackpool fan is tough right now. Not only are we now without a permanent manager but we are also slipping down the Championship table after 10 league games without a win. It gets worse though. Much worse.

Goal.com, and many other outlets, are now reporting that Tom Ince - our main player - will leave to join Swansea on loan for the rest of the season. For those of you who aren't interested in life below the topflight, I am here to tell you what he's about.

Ince is a rapid winger who has everything in his locker. He grabbed 18 goals last season and 14 assists last season in what was his most successful season to date, individually, but after a dire season this time as a group, Ince has struggled to match those standards.

He is very much a confidence player. When he is in the mood he can destroy defences with ease, but when he gets a knock from a defender or his team-mates don't step up, then he can recoil into his shell and fail to make an impact.

He has 51 key passes to his name this season according to Squawka, scored seven goals and has won 59% of his attempted dribbles.

The move makes sense - he is good on the ball, is willing to attack full-backs and makes things happen from all areas on the pitch, and Swansea are in need of something different right now as they look to power out of their slump.

A good move for the 21-year-old, but I will miss him at Bloomfield Road.
