Arsenal tell striker that he is allowed to leave the club

Arsenal are ready for their summer transformation and fans will have discussed exactly who they want to receive the boot of wily old Frenchman Arsene Wenger. High on the list of all fans is Morocco international Marouane Chamakh, and they will be happy to know that the club are actively going about finding a buyer.

    They'll be lucky.

The £14m they spent on the forward in wages will not be recouped, nowhere near, but just to get his £93,000-a-week off the books will be seen as a positive thing for the Gunners. I know, £93k-a-WEEK for someone so pathetic at his trade is beyond words, bar a few which I cannot say.

Chamakh mustered just one goal last season and has only two this time round. NINETY THREE GRAND A WEEK!! He was then sent out on loan to West Ham for the rest of the season where he impressed virtually no one.

One club who could be tempted to take the striker into their squad is his former employees Bordeaux, who believe that he still has something left in him after becoming a joke in the English topflight. They are set to go head-to-head with La Liga side Real Betis in a very low bidding war in which the loser will have to sign him up.

    not 93,000 its 60,000

Chamakh was definitely a waste, but you should know his wages were no where near 93K per week.

They didn't spend 14 mill on him. He came on a free transfer. Get you story straight.

He was acquired on a bosman where did the £14m come from?

Dude that guy was a free transfer to Arsenal not £14m and he doesn't earn 93000 nada in Arsenal fc

Great post - no fact checking, vastly incorrectly information and poorly written regardless. When details about his transfer are more accurate on Wikipedia than on your website, maybe it's time to call it quits.

The author says Arsenal lost 14 million because of paying his wages. (93,000*52 weeks*3years)= 14,508,000 Pounds.
The real loss is (60,000*52*3)= 9,360,000 Pounds

you call yourself a writer... the first job is to do the background research. you had the nerve to write 93k twice and 14m was the money spent.. you moron

Your post is utter garbage, his wages are not 93000 a week, complete idiot.

The £93k a week comes in the article from the Mirror that is linked. Please read before insulting

The isults are for you being daft enough to believe the Mirror lies.
