3 Clubs Who Would Help Wilfried Zaha's Development

The Mirror are reporting that Moyes could be close to sending Wilfried Zaha out on loan, due to the limitation of game time so far, for the young winger. When Manchester United signed Zaha for a reported fee of £12 million, from then Championship club Crystal Palace, I raised an eyebrow about the willingness to part with such a large amount of money for a player who hadn’t had any Premier League experience. This again reinforces the argument about young British talent’s prices being overly inflated.

It’s clear that Zaha’s minutes on the pitch will be less than he’d like for the foreseeable future and I believe a loan deal would enhance his development and would be an opportunity to show David Moyes what he can do in the Premier League.

Here are 3 clubs I believe would help Wilfried Zaha and be willing to give him minutes on the pitch:

    1) Fulham

Although Fulham have struggled for the majority of this season so far, I believe a loan move for Zaha to The Cottagers would be a positive move for both parties.

Zaha would put pressure on current right-sided midfielder Patjim Kasami, but could also operate on the left in place of ageing midfielder Damien Duff.

Fulham aren’t short of clinical finishers, both Dimitar Berbatov and Darrent Bent can score goals at the highest level. So with the possibility of pacey customer Wilfired Zaha supplying to the two deadly strikers, Fulham and Zaha could be a match made in heaven.

     2) Crystal Palace

A return to former club Crystal Palace, although seems unlikely, wouldn’t be the worst suggestion in the world.

The winger is simply adored in South London and he appeared to thrive off the affection he got from the Eagles crowd. After all it was at Selhurst where he made his name, got noticed on a national scale, which eventually lead to his move to Manchester United.

The familiar surroundings at Crystal Palace, a club where he’s worshipped and the opportunity of starts in the Premier League would make Crystal Palace an attractive option.

    3) Swansea

The 2013 Captial One Cup winners have been praised for their good footballing style and the Swans have certainly ruffled some feathers in their stint in the Premier League.

I believe Wilfried Zaha would be a perfect addition for Swansea. The Welsh side like to play pacey wingers, with Routledge and Dyer being the preferred two at the moment. Zaha would put pressure on both of these players and would bring a welcome supply to Bony and Michu.

Moyes may be willing to loan Zaha to Swansea, knowing that the winger will be playing for a team who plays an attractive style of football.
