    There was a wealth of speculation surrounding Theo Walcott this summer, and one of the clubs he was linked with was the team he supported as a boy - Liverpool. It was no surprise, then, when he produced an energetic shift against the Reds when they travelled to the Emirates last month.

    As he picked the ball up just inside the box, he struck the ball with enough power for it to flit past the hapless Pepe Reina and earn the Londoners a point.
