    About: Lee Dixon would be worth a fortune if he was applying his trade in the modern game. He had ability to power forward into dangerous attacking positions without being left short at the back as a result of his fleeting pace is something highly sought after today.

    Dixon had a feel of gracefulness about him and despite the efforts of full-backs in general easily going unnoticed, he was continually a stand-out performer during his 15 years with the club.
