Top10 - Number 2: David Villa (Barcelona)

When it was announced that David Villa could be on his way to the Premier League for £16m this month, many expectant spectators considered it as a belated Christmas present.

Villa has been one of the greatest strikers in Europe over the last few years and only an unfortunate leg-break has deterred him from becoming one of the best in the world. His phenomenal  positioning and ability to score from almost anywhere on the pitch gives him the advantage over so many others and he could be exactly what Arsenal need to give their season a new spice of life.

Along with the Emirates outfit, both Manchester City and Chelsea are both said to be interested in taking him under their wing for the said fee, and if the Barcelona striker is interested in a switch to sunny England, then we are in for a real treat.
