Ever since his entrance into the Liverpool you academy in 2005 he has been likened to Stevie G. He is as solid as they come, and at only 19-years-old that is bound to improve as his experience and body develop.

A tough-tackling, hard-working, hungry individual who is not afraid to get in the thick of it- Conor Coady is sure to have a massive impact on the English game for years to come. He must be beaming that Brendan Rodgers is in charge of the club with his tendencies to put his faith in his younger squad members, and he would also provide the option of replacing Gerrard without spending a penny.

Coady has also been a big part of the England set up. He has appeared on 35 occasions for the U16, U17, U18 and the U19 squad.

With a midfield pairing of Shelvey,21, and Coady, 19, Liverpool fans certainly have a lot to look forward to.
