Arsenal striker coy on QPR interest

Arsenal striker Andrei Arshavin has moved to dismiss speculation linking him with a move to Queen’s Park Rangers.

The Russia striker has been linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium after a poor campaign under Arsene Wenger.

However, Arshavin has distanced himself from talk suggesting he is set to move to Loftus Road, telling Sport Express: "That’s all ‘virtual news’.

"At the moment I am an Arsenal player, and I’ve just arrived for pre-season with them."
