Owen chooses Everton

Everton have added to thier attacking line with the free transfer of Michael Owen, it is believed.

Owen, a free agent after his release from Manchester United in the summer, had been courted by Stoke City, but it is being reported that the 32 year old has plumped for Goodison Park.

Such a deal is likely to be a pay as you play contract and the former Liverpool striker joins Kevin Mirallas in two new attacking signings by Toffees David Moyes.
