Chelsea close to bringing in Brazilian ace

Chelsea are set to move for young Fluminense wing-back Wallace as a deal for Cesar Azpilicueta has stalled.

The Blues look set to miss out on the Marseille ace as they cannot agree a fee that will see the 22-year-old move to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have also been linked with a move for Juventus right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner, but have also shown an interest the 18-year-old Brazilian.
