    Whelan standing firm over Moses

Wigan Athletic chairman, Dave Whelan, has told Chelsea that if they want highly rated winger Victor Moses then they are going to have to pay the Latics asking price.

Roberto Di Matteo has admitted holding an interest in the 21 year old, and the Blues are thought to have offered around £4million for his services, a fee that Wigan rejected.

The DW Stadium side have also ruled out a part exchange deal for the former Crystal Palace man, as Whelan holds out for the £10million asking price.
