Shakhtar lay their cards on the table

Shakhtar Donetsk have revealed that Chelsea target Willian can leave the club if their valuation of the player is met.

The Ukrainian outfit want £23.5million for the Brazil international, a price tag that could dampen the enthusiasm of potential suitors.

Willian, 23, has been the subject of speculation linking him with Chelsea, as the European Champions look to shape their squad to challenge on both European and domestic fronts.

Rinat Akhmetov, the Shakhtar president, has said that Willian will leave Ukraine if anyone matches his asking price, but admits that he fully expects the highly rated Brazilian to remain at the Donbass Arena beyond the summer.
