Mannone grateful for Hull spell

I’ve never been to Hull, but I share the view of Arsenal goalkeeper Vito Mannone.

“Nobody wants to go there really …”

Joking aside, Mannone went on to say “… but I found a good club, good fans and gained experience”

And to be fair to Mannone since that loan spell he has looked a much better goalkeeper, and has kept two clean sheets in the three game’s he played due to the absence of the injured Wojciech Szczesny, even dealing with Stoke and the Britannia in confident fashion.

Given the fact his team-mate Oliver Giroud can’t buy a goal at the moment, maybe he should follow suit and spend some time at the KC Stadium and Hull!
