Spanish outfit line up Suarez bid

The club- excluding the massive ones who can just buy up anyone decent- with perhaps the best record of cultivating strikers over the last decade has been Atletico Madrid.
Fernando Torres, Diego Forlan, Sergio Aguero, Radamel Falcao provide a pretty nifty list of four as evidence to back up this first point- all players either raised and matured at Atleti or just plain matured in Forlan's case.
With Falcao being linked with a move away for the last year or so, with the gossip increasing after his stellar start to the season, Atleti may well be looking at replacements and they've set their eye on Anfield. It doesn't take a genius to work out which Liverpool striker they have their eye on.
Yup, it's Fabio Borini. No, wait, sorry. No. It's Luis Suarez.
According to The Sun, the Spanish outfit want to put out a £40million bid for the Uruguayan at the end of the season.
The paper adds that Atleti tried signing Suarez back in January but the move fell through which is news to me at the very least.
Reportedly, a club insider (always a believable source that) has claimed that the club are still in for Suarez and believe they can pull it off.
However, Suarez has said that he is settled in England, his family is happy, he likes his teammates and has a manager who he can learn a lot from- presumably like how to wear a sweater vest and namedrop Jose Mourinho wherever possible
