    Dawson to QPR back on?

One of the strangest transfer sagas over the summer was that of Michael Dawson heading off to Queens Park Rangers' from Tottenham Hotspur.

Andre Villas-Boas wasn't too keen on Dawson apparently- he has barely played all season which may go some way to proving that point, Dawson wanted out, QPR wanted to sign him, they had the money to pay whatever wages he liked.

So, where was the problem? No-one really knows.

Whatever the cause, the move is now back onto according to the Daily Mirror.

The paper reports that when Harry Redknapp gets installed as manager at Loftus Road, he'll be given £10million to perform his trademark wheeling and dealing as a huge turnover of playing staff has worked really well for QPR over the last six months- if in doubt, do it some more of course.

The paper reports that Redknapp's first target will be to shore up a defence that has looked more leaky than a ship made out of cheese so far this season and the man he has identified to stick his fingers in the metaphorical dyke is the aforementioned Dawson.

The paper reports that the English centre half will arrive at QPR in January when/if Redknapp arrives.

The problem was they wouldn't match his Tottenham wages. having money is different from spending money, they don't just pay anyone whatever they want. Your report is irresponsible..
