Granero Knows Hard Work Is To Come

I certainly raised my eyebrows when Esteban Granero left Real Madrid for Queens Park Rangers in the summer, and I am pretty sure anybody else who knew about this boy did the same.

Here’s a player that refused a move to Liverpool a year ago, swapping the top of La Liga for the Premier League’s escapologists of last season.

Granero’s arrival may have added quality at Loftus Road and shown the owner’s ambition for the club but has not helped to stop the rot.

Languishing at the bottom of the Premier League and yet to register a win it is a tough time ahead for QPR but, according to Sky Sports, Granero has ruled out leaving while there is still hard work to be done.
