Jamaica looking to turn Sterling's head

Judging by what we've read about Raheem Sterling in the last few days, it perhaps needs to be clarified that we are talking about the Jamaican national team, rather than a woman, who is after Raheem Sterling's consent.
The Daily Mail are reporting that 17-year-old Sterling is being pursued with a view to switching allegiances from England, where he is currently a member of the Under-21 team and has been called up to the senior side, to Jamaica, who have made their only World Cup appearance back in 1998 when Robbie Earle of all people scored for them against Croatia!
Bluntly, it's hard to imagine someone with Sterling's talent and obvious potential to play for England switching to Jamaica...but in football anything's possible.
