Swansea Should Reward Garry Monk With Long Term Contract

It is reported in this Morning's Telegraph that Swansea caretaker manager Garry Monk will receive a bonus of £500,000 for keeping Swansea City in the Premier League. Monk, who had been operating whilst still under his playing contract until recently, is yet to seek assurance on his future position and has been in the hot seat at the Liberty Stadium for a month now, following the much maligned sacking of Dane Michael Laudrup.
