Fabregas Will Sign For Arsenal Or Manchester United - Why The Spain International Should Choose Old Trafford

According to the Daily Star, Barcelona will sell Cesc Fabregas this summer to either Arsenal or Manchester United in a deal worth £45 million. For me, he must choose United, and I'll give you a couple of reasons why.

Sure, Arsenal might have Champions League football next season, but I sense something special is about to be built at Old Trafford.

With Louis van Gaal coming into the club and a handful of youngsters being developed, I think United will be up there again next season.

United need a creative central midfielder to come in and gel everything together next season, something they didn't have last time round. Fabregas ticks all the boxes.

He scores goals - he has scored 42 goals in his 151 Barcelona appearances. He creates opportunities - he has 48 assists in his time at Camp Nou. And he has experience in the Premier League where he spent eight seasons in the first team of Arsenal.

He shouldn't ruin the memories that the Gunners have of him and should star in the United midfield. Do you agree?

Fab at United, can't happen. In the BPL Fab to Arsenal would be great for the club and of course the fans. Would hate to see Fab in the colours of UTD. Hope Fab would stand by his words since he left Arsenal and any return should be with 2014 FA cup winners.

Cesc will never play for United, tabloids write what you want, speculate all you will, if Cesc Fabregas is ever going to play in the Premier League again it will be wearing the cannon on his chest and Wenger at the helm. Not a question in my mind. I feel so strongly about this, because just listen to his comments in interviews about Arsenal, watch his games he played for them, he loves that club and that manager, and honestly I think United would be one of the last clubs he would ever go, besides maybe Tottenham.

Fabregas has two clubs close to his heart. Barcelona, his boyhood club, and Arsenal who made him the player he currently is. I'm very sure, he will NEVER play for United, never!!!

Secondly, Wenger was wise when he sold him to Barcelona; he had a clause that gives Arsenal first priority in the event that Cesc became available for transfer. Not only that, but he also made Barca accept a fixed price Arsenal would have to pay should Barcelona elect to sell him.

This therefore means it is not a matter of choosing. He would definitely end up at Arsenal because for Wenger getting him back at Arsenal would be a no-brainer.

I take it the author is a united fan? Who else would suggest that Man U is currently a more attractive option than arsenal?
