FOUR Reasons Why Arsenal Will Beat Newcastle This Evening

Arsenal play host to a struggling Newcastle United this evening, with both managers desperate for wins for different reasons. Here are four reasons why Arsenal will win the game, though.

    1) Form

After a sticky patch, Arsenal have now won two on the bounce and will be desperate to clinch fourth place with another win. On the other hand, Alan Pardew's men have now lost five consecutive Premier League games and look to be in turmoil.

Surely Arsenal will take advantage of their feeble state.

    2) Fourth there for the taking

As touched upon, Arsenal can stretch the gap between themselves and fifth place Everton to four points, which would likely see Arsenal claim Champions League football next season. Everton slipped up against Southampton at the weekend, leaving the Gunners to clear up and make fourth their own.

    3) Aaron Ramsey

The Wales international was in incredible form last time out Hull, scoring once, claiming an assist and having a hand in the Gunners' third. After a long time on the sidelines, Ramsey is back and looks to be picking up the form he left off from earlier in the season.

The former Cardiff midfielder has nine league goals and eight assists this season from just 21 games.

    4) Emirates

Newcastle's away form is poor, but their history at the Emirates is appalling. The Magpies have lost five of their last six at Arsenal and I can't see that changing tonight.

As a newcastle fan the fact that you had only came up with 4 reasons is pathetic. I could given you at least 13 reasons why we will lose and not only lose but score nothing and concede more than 4 goals in the process :)

as a newcastle fan I can endorse Chuck's comments above.
