FOUR Players Who Manchester United Should Target With £200m Transfer Kitty

According to reports, Manchester United manager David Moyes will be given a £200m transfer kitty this summer, so here are four players who I think they should be moving for.
1) Cesc Fabregas - Barcelona
The Spaniard has everything that United need. He scores goals - he has eight in La Liga this season - he can create - he has claimed 12 assists this season - and does everything in between. He's a remarkable player and I would go as far as saying he would be the perfect addition.
2) Luke Shaw - Southampton
The teen full-back is currently making waves in the Premier League. His superb performances have seen him become a full England international and with Patrice Evra's contract expiring in the summer I would certainly go in for him if I was Moyes.
3) Marco Rues - Borussia Dortmund
United are still in need of a creative player who is naturally comfortable in the wide areas. Juan Mata is a central player, and to play him between Adnan Januzaj and Marco Rues would be brilliant to watch.
Reus has scored 12 goals this season, notched eight assists and has another three goals and two assists in the Champions League.
4) Matthias Ginter - Freiburg
The young centre-back is exactly the sort of player that United need. Rio Ferdinand is out of contract at the end of the season, while Nemanja Vidic is off to Inter Milan, so they need a young centre-back to come in and partner Phil jones.
Ginter is a big, solid defender with a real nimble touch to him.
