Balotelli? 3 AC Milan Players Who Premier League Sides Should Be Looking To Sign This Month

AC Milan are having a torrid season this time round. The San Siro outfit currently sit in 11th place and have just sacked managed Massimiliano Allegri, so - the opportunist that I am - I thought that I would mark out three of their players who could make a difference in the Premier League should they arrive this month.

    1) Mario Balotelli

we know what Mario Balotelli entails and we know that he can be a handful both on and off the pitch, but the former Manchester City striker certainly has talent. Whether or not he chooses to show that on a regular basis is something for his manager to sort out, but he has scored seven in 14 this season to follow on from his 12 in 13 last time round.

Chelsea need a striker, and the Italy international has worked under Jose Mourinho before, so maybe Stamford Bridge could be a potential destination.

    2) Riccardo Montolivo

The 28-year-old is a central midfielder who epitomises everything that italian football stands for. He's tactically astute and is more often than not in a strong position to break up opposition attacks, but he's also shown that he is adequate when going forward.

He has made 22 chances and scored twice in his 13 league games this season, completing 60% of his overall passes.

Manchester United could certainly do with his services.

    3) Mattia De Sciglio

The lesser known of the three now in De Sciglio. The Italy international is a player who can operate either as a left-back or a right-back, and would be perfect for Arsenal right now, in my eyes.

With Bacary Sagna's future unclear and Kieran Gibbs having a history of injuries, an adaptable player like De Sciglio could be hugely beneficial.

The 21-year-old has managed just six games so far this year but has created five opportunities and won 56% of his tackles.
