Liverpool & Manchester United set for Australia showdown

These two giants of English football are about to land upon Australian waters as they take on Melbourne Victory and A-League all-stars respectively.

Liverpool are set to bring most of their stars including Luis Suarez, Daniel Agger, Steven Gerrard and many others. The club has won in total of eighteen English premier league championships, 7 FA Cups. Liverpool have won more Champions League than any other English club. Liverpool, over the years, have produced many stars including Fernando Torres and Harry Kewell. They will no doubt an entertaining team to watch.

Manchester United, this also is going to be a spectacle that nobody will dare to miss as the current English champions match up against the best of the A-league has to offer. Their line-up will probably consist of Wayne Rooney, Rio Ferdinand, Robin Van Persie and many others. The A-League all stars will possibly include Italian legend Alessandro Del Piero, Emile Heskey and Shinji Ono, 3 of the biggest names to hit the Australian way of football.

Liverpool will go head to head with Melbourne Victory on 24th July 2013 and Manchester United will play the A-League All-Stars on 20th July 2013.
