Championship Previews: 5 Clashes To Keep An Eye On This Evening In The Second Division

We have a huge number of games in the Football League tonight so here are my five games to watch out for the in the Championship this evening.

    Brighton vs Barnsley

Manager-less Barnsley travel down south to take on a Brighton side who are now unbeaten in six games in what looks to be a home banker. The Yorkshire side have now gone 15 away games without a victory and with Oscar Garcia regaining a lot of his injured players, the Seagulls could really boos their goal difference.

    Burnley vs Watford

Gianfranco Zola is feeling the pressure of the Hornets' fans as the London side have now gone six games without a win. They travel to the side in second place after being thrashed by lowly Yeovil Town in front of their fans, and a loss would really throw his name into the hat for the sack.

    Queens Park Rangers vs Bournemouth

QPR have won just twice in their last six outings and will be desperate to put that right as they host Eddie Howe's side who are in a slump of form themselves. It's now six games without a win for the Seasiders and Harry Redknapp will want that to be seven by this point tomorrow.

    Sheffield Wednesday vs Leicester

After losing their third straight game in the league and falling to second bottom and sacking their manager, the last thing the Yorkshire side would have wanted was to be playing the league leaders next. However, Leicester travel to Hillsborough on the back of five wins from their last six and are three points clear at the top.

    Bolton vs Huddersfield

Surprisingly, Huddersfield are one of the form teams in the Championship as they are looking for a third straight win. Bolton, however, have just lost after three wins on the spin, so Dougie Freedman's men may be at the start of a little wobble. It's 16th vs 12th, here.
