Manchester United Still Chasing Ronaldo - But Where Would He Fit Into Moyes' Current Side?

Manchester United fans, fear not. Your season may have seen a mixed bag already and you may be in the middle of an injury 'crisis', some of you may even be worried about your season ahead, but the Daily Mail are reporting that a move for Cristiano Ronaldo is not yet dead in the water. But should David Moyes get his mitts on the Real Madrid forward, then where would he fit into the current set up?

Ronaldo has scored 226 goals in 217 games for the Bernabeu club since he arrived in 2009. Read that back. And again. Remarkable, isn't it? Whether or not he could replicate that back in the English top tier un unknown, but he certainly has the talent to do so.

Away from the goals, Ronaldo has made 17chances so far this season in his 14 appearances and won 54% of his take ons. He is primarily a right midfielder but he can play anywhere across the attacking roles.

Ronaldo has already had 84 shots at goal this season, which averages to six shots per game. From those, 53 have hit the target.

For me, I would stick him on the right instead of Antonio Valencia with Adnan Janujaz on the left. It also gives you the option to stick Wayne Rooney up top properly and stick Ronaldo behind, or even the other way round.

The Portugal international would surely be the first name on the team sheet at Old Trafford and he offers so many options it's ridiculous.
